Friday 23rd July 2010 saw our illustrious Music Director Des “The Stick” Graham celebrate his 70th birthday.

To help in his celebrations, the band organised a “surprise” party in the Clarion Hotel, Carrickfergus which was attended by band members, family and friends where he was presented with a decorated birthday cake and a joint gift.

All at Third Carrickfergus Band would like to take this opportunity to wish Des A very Happy Birthday and thank him for his dedication to the training and development of the band and hope that this will continue for many years to come.
